A Home Built by True Collaboration
When we first introduced The Aspen project, the story was one of collaboration. Developer Luke Manca brought on all of the key players from the very beginning—Design Two Group, Kresswell Interiors, Marchand Houston, and Holland & Associates Real Estate—a rare and rewarding approach that allowed every decision to be shaped with the full vision in mind.
Over the past year, the team has worked tirelessly to bring that vision to life, and the result speaks for itself. Inside and out, The Aspen pays tribute to its panoramic views and natural setting, balancing sophistication, livability, and the highest quality of craftsmanship.
Looking back on this project, what stands out most is how smooth the design and build process becomes when every voice—developer, designer, builder, and realtor—is part of the conversation from the start. The Aspen is a true reflection of what’s possible when our industry comes together in genuine collaboration.
Projects like this not only showcase Edmonton’s bold, innovative spirit but also highlight the kind of teamwork we’d love to see more of as we continue shaping a city people are proud to call home.
