This Mighty Millions Grand Prize Home is For Sale in Edmonton
It’s not often that a home carries a story as exciting as this one.
Bringing 4183 Cameron Heights Point to market is an honour, not only because of the calibre of the home itself, but because of what it represents.
This luxury home was built as the grand prize for the Fall 2025 Mighty Millions Lottery in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, and through this, played a role in helping families access world-class pediatric care.
The Stollery Children’s Hospital serves the largest geographical area of any children’s hospital in North America, providing the highest level of specialization for kids who need it most. Proceeds from Mighty Millions ticket sales directly support this work, making 4183 Cameron Heights Point a tangible example of how new home construction and community partnership can come together to create something that gives back.
Now, for the first time since the keys were handed over to the lucky winners, this exceptional luxury home in Edmonton is being offered for sale.

Building With Purpose
The grand prize home was built by Newground Developments, a boutique custom home builder in Edmonton known for its attention to detail, high-quality finishes, and deeply customized approach.
This property marks the sixth Mighty Millions home Newground has built in partnership with the Stollery, a relationship Co-Owner Ashley MacLean describes as both humbling and deeply personal.
“Working with the Stollery is a privilege. Everyone in our city has been touched and affected by the Stollery in some way or another. When we had the opportunity to work with them we for sure jumped at it! Even with our small little piece of involvement…it’s a real honour and really special.”
Newground’s involvement goes well beyond the completion of the home. The builder is invited to meet all of the Mighty Millions winners and also crosses paths with families whose lives are directly impacted by the hospital’s work.
Ashley notes that seeing someone’s life change in real time never loses its impact. It’s a reminder that these lottery homes are more than aspirational spaces; they’re part of a much bigger picture.
Designing the Space
From a design perspective, a lottery home offers a unique creative opportunity. Rather than chasing trends, Newground focuses on what feels aspirational—features that people get excited about and that they might not have even considered as a possibility.
Feedback from past clients informs the build, allowing the team to refine the layout and rethink priorities. The goal is to design a home that people can’t wait to buy a ticket to walk through, while still keeping longevity, lifestyle, and the final homeowner who will call the space their own top of mind.
A Once-in-a-Lifetime Win
For Brian and Jodi Mulawka, winning the Mighty Millions grand prize was nothing short of surreal, and knowing the cause behind it made an already life-changing moment even more significant.
“It’s such a great cause, and we’ve had a lot of positive associations with the organization in the past ourselves. It has added an emotional connection to this experience on top of it already being so meaningful,” notes Brian and Jodi, when asked what the big win has been like for their family.
Like many lottery winners, they were faced with a big decision: keep the home or pass it on to its next chapter.
Touring the house made the choice harder than they expected. Despite its nearly 6,000 sq. ft., the home feels remarkably cozy. And with the adjacent Wedgewood Ravine, there’s a sense of calm and privacy that’s hard to replicate in Edmonton.
Ultimately, it was simply more home than the Mulawka family needed.

A Holiday to Remember
Before listing the house, the Mulawkas chose to spend the holidays there to fully experience what the house was designed to do best: bring people together.
“We had a fantastic holiday break, having friends and family over to the new house to celebrate. It’s such a perfect home for entertaining. Being able to share Christmas with family in that stunningly beautiful setting was really nice. We really enjoyed that. Everyone was so excited for us and so excited to be in a beautiful home. It really did make for a memorable holiday,” Brian reflects.
And now, the home is ready for its new beginning.
Introducing 4183 Cameron Heights Point
Located in west Edmonton’s Cameron Heights neighbourhood, 4183 Cameron Heights Point blends traditional design with a clean, updated aesthetic. The bright white exterior features a mix of stucco and limestone elements accented by sleek black windows and doors.
“Driving up to the home and seeing it for the first time, you’re really struck by how beautiful the house is before you even walk in the front door. It has a distinct, elegant look that’s unique in the neighbourhood,” Brian notes.
Inside, 5,978 sq. ft. of finished living space unfolds across three levels, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms designed for everyday family life.
“People want a cozy, warm feel so we included finishes that feel collected and gathered versus staged,” says Ashley, referencing Newground’s use of millwork, intricate detailing, arched elements, and natural materials like walnut and granite throughout.

Built for Entertaining
The main floor is anchored by a grand two-storey foyer and statement staircase, complete with a custom forged iron railing for added charm. A home office sits just off the entry, while the heart of the home unfolds toward the back where the kitchen takes center stage.
The kitchen is equally suited for everyday cooking and large-scale entertaining, centred around an oversized walnut island topped with quartz. Porcelain backsplash above the range is a standout feature.

“My favourite part of the home is the kitchen and pantry,” notes Ashley of Newground Developments. “As someone who cooks and entertains a lot, I love the layout of it. It’s super practical, there’s a spot for everything, and the finishes also turned out really pretty.”
A spacious walk-through butler’s pantry with black honed granite countertops and carefully crafted open shelving balances function with design.
Captivating Views
The kitchen flows through the dining space and bar area into the great room where a fireplace wrapped in walnut and granite sits proudly between custom built-ins.
Outside, a covered three-season deck overlooks the ravine. With nothing but trees beyond the windows, it’s easy to forget you’re within city limits.

When asked about his personal favourite part of the home, Brian shares:
“There’s this chair by the fireplace that swivels. You sit by the fire where it’s nice and warm, and you’re looking out at that beautiful main floor... then you turn the chair to face the ravine. That’s my favourite part.”
He adds, “There’s a lot of windows on the back [of the home], and it’s odd to say, but it creates a sense of privacy because you look out and just see trees.”
A Hotel-Like Escape
Upstairs, the primary feels more like a luxury hotel suite than a traditional bedroom. A formal entry opens to two distinct wings: to the right, a spacious dressing room with a built-in vanity and oversized island; to the left, a serene bedroom with its own sitting area.
The ensuite is indulgent and thoughtfully appointed, with separate his-and-hers vanities and water closets, a large soaker tub set in a porcelain surround, and an oversized tiled shower. Rich walnut cabinetry, large-format floor tile, and polished nickel finishes add elegance and refinement throughout.

The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The lower level offers a spacious recreation space, a wellness room with an infrared sauna, and a guest suite complete with its own ensuite and built-in coffee bar.
